Specialty Programs and Courses Registration Information
Registration requirements and deadlines are included on each program’s page on this website. Please ensure you meet all requirements for the program before you register, including approval from a sponsoring manager.
Acceptance to some programs is limited due to the number of spaces available.
Registration Process
We are rolling out Genuis, a student information system. Currently, registration has moved to Genuis for the following programs/courses:

For all other specialty programs/courses, please follow the instructions below:
Complete all sections of the online registration form.
Submit all supporting documents:
- Resume detailing your professional experience, education, employment and leadership activities
- Proof of professional registration
- Learners who are not employees of Nova Scotia Health or the IWK Health Centre will need to provide proof of active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
