Program Evaluation

Jillian Adams, BSc Hons, MScPH

Jill (She/Her) joined the Learning Institute in 2022 as the Planning and Evaluation Consultant. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Masters of Science in Public Health from McGill University. After graduating from McGill, she worked in Nova Scotia Health with the Maritime SPOR SUPPORT Unit and has since worked in project/program management in both the private and not-for-profit sector. She is passionate about facilitating evidence-informed programming to achieve measurable outcomes. Trained in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, Jill understands the value of using a mixed methods approach to obtain a comprehensive program view.

Jill’s free time is usually dedicated to hiking, camping, and bonfires by the ocean. She also loves yoga, reading fiction, thrifting, travelling, spending time with her partner and their lovely cat Faye, and designing their next home reno.
